CAP: CAREER ASSESSMENT PROFILE This informative tool gives students and adults knowledge of their unique abilities, personality and interests to make informed decisions regarding their future. The Abilities Profile is based on the Highlands Ability Battery, used nation wide as the gold-standard among tools assessing human abilities. Developed from the pioneering clinical studies of Johnson O’Connor, it is a three-hour objective inquiry into the ability patterns of the individual. Following the completion of the Assessment, the client participates in a two-hour ‘connecting the dots’ feedback consultation. During this time, Dr. Lawson interprets the results, helping the client understand where his abilities lie, what type of work uses those abilities and why certain vocations may be more satisfying than others.
